Re the Jeju Orange, I suggest you contact the people at Slow Food http://www.slowfood.com/ an international non-profit that works to preserve local and regional produce such as the Jeju Orange. They have a project called the Ark of Taste which sounds like what Korea needs to protect its traditional foods. Good luck, and keep me posted.</description>
